Panic

On that day you will be glad, even if you have to go through many hard trials for a while.  Your faith will be like gold that has been tested in a fire. And these trials will prove that your faith is worth much more than gold that can be destroyed. They will show that you will be given praise and honor and glory when Jesus Christ returns. - 1 Peter 1:6-7
Who brings financial struggles to our ministries?

Givers who seek earthly rewards, whether in the form of material things or recognition, get their temporal reward but lose their eternal one.
When you give to the poor, don’t blow a loud horn. That’s what show-offs do in the meeting places and on the street corners, because they are always looking for praise. I can assure you that they already have their reward. - Matthew 6:2
The manipulation of flattery does not work. Flattery never serves the interests of the person we are flattering - it serves only our interests.

We are not to do things for those who can benefit us, but for those who cannot - and then God Himself will reward us in heaven.
